» Physical Therapy
Physical therapy is a personalized assessment and treatment plan that helps individuals improve mobility, control pain, and recover from surgery or injury.
This department offers therapeutic exercise, aquatic therapy, traction, women's health physical therapy, modalities (i.e., heat, cold, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, etc.), activities of daily living, functional, cognitive, or work training and custom orthotic fitting.
Cheyenne County Hospital offers physical therapy for patients who are recovering from an injury, operation or other medical procedure.
The Physical Therapy area has two treatment rooms, exercise area, an endless pool for aquatic therapy, bathroom with shower and an office for the physical therapy staff.
The endless pool for aquatic therapy is a great asset to our physical therapy department to improve options for patients and their therapy needs.
